At Power Thread, every jersey, kit, and uniform is built from the ground up for teams that take their game seriously. We combine premium performance fabrics with precision sublimation printing to deliver custom sportswear that looks sharp, fits right, and lasts through every season. From a single coach’s sketch to a fully outfitted roster, our process is designed to make custom team gear simple, fast, and reliable.

 

Design & Approval

Every order starts with your vision. Whether you’re uploading a logo, choosing team colors, or working from a rough idea, our design team turns your input into a digital proof within 24–48 hours. You’ll review the mockup, request changes, and approve the final design before a single stitch of fabric is cut so there are no surprises when your gear arrives.

Fabric Sourcing & Cutting

We work only with moisture-wicking, breathable performance fabrics built for the demands of competitive sport lightweight enough for speed, durable enough for full-contact play. Once your design is approved, fabric panels are precision-cut to match your team’s exact size run, minimizing waste and ensuring a consistent fit across every player, from youth sizes to adult XXL.

Sublimation Printing

Unlike screen printing or heat transfers, sublimation dyes are infused directly into the fabric fibers under high heat and pressure. This means your colors, numbers, and logos become part of the fabric itself they won’t crack, peel, or fade after repeated washing. It’s the same process used by professional and collegiate teams worldwide.

Cutting, Sewing & Assembly

Skilled stitchers assemble each garment panel by panel, reinforcing high-stress areas like shoulders, seams, and waistbands for durability on the field. Every jersey goes through multiple stitching passes to ensure it holds up to diving, sliding, and full-speed play, season after season.

Quality Control

Before anything ships, every piece passes through a multi-point quality check stitching integrity, color accuracy against your approved proof, size consistency, and print alignment. Garments that don’t meet our standard are pulled and remade, not shipped.

Packaging & Delivery

Once approved, your order is individually packed by player name and number (for roster orders) or by size (for bulk orders), then shipped as a single consolidated delivery to your team, club, or coordinator no chasing down separate packages for 20 different players.
